CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% deposit, which will be deducted from your total at checkout on the day of your appointment. While we understand that life happens and plans may change, please note that if you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be retained. To secure a new appointment, a second 50% deposit will be required, which will again be credited toward your final balance.
We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule, so we can accommodate your request and adjust our schedule accordingly.
