At Envy Hair Design & Spa, we want every client to have an exceptional experience with us. To ensure we can provide the best service for all, we’ve outlined a few important policies. Thank you for taking the time to read them!


Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. As a small, local family-run business, last-minute cancellations or changes can be tricky for us to manage, as it’s often difficult to fill the gaps on short notice, which affects our ability to continue offering the best service to all our valued clients.

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without the required notice, a 50% booking fee will be applied to your next appointment. This fee is redeemable toward that appointment, but please note that it will not be refunded if another late cancellation or rescheduling occurs.

Children in the Salon and Spa

We love welcoming families into our space! However, as our salon and spa provide a relaxing atmosphere for many clients to unwind, we ask that you be mindful when bringing children into this environment. While children are always welcome, please ensure they are supervised at all times and that their presence doesn’t disrupt other clients’ experiences. We want everyone to feel comfortable and relaxed at Envy.

Mobile Phones in the Spa

To maintain a peaceful and calming environment for all of our guests, we kindly ask that mobile phones be switched off while in the Spa area. This helps us provide an uninterrupted and tranquil experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!
